11Windows & Doors Installation
Installed flashed, insulated, and sealed — not just dropped in the hole.
Replacement windows, new-construction windows, exterior doors, patio doors, and custom front-entry systems — flashed and sealed to prevent the air and water leaks that plague most retrofits.

Overview
What windows & doors work looks like with us.
A window is only as good as its installation. A $2,000 triple-glazed unit leaking at the sill is still a bad window. We take pains with flashing sequence: pan flashing first, side and head flashing integrated with the weather-resistive barrier, proper backer rod and sealant on the exterior, and insulation (low-expansion spray foam) around the unit to eliminate the thermal bridge.
We install all major Canadian window brands and can help you choose based on your wall assembly, orientation, and budget rather than whatever a sales rep is trying to move.

Questions, answered
Windows & Doors Installation — questions we hear.

For north-facing walls and heated additions, yes — the energy-efficiency payback is real in our climate. For south walls that benefit from passive solar gain, double-pane high-performance units are often the better choice.
Yes. We use warm-weather foams, limit the open-hole time to under 20 minutes per window, and heat the work area. Winter installs are often faster-to-schedule and equally reliable.
