08Drywall & Painting
Walls that read flat from every angle, paint that doesn't show the roller.
Framing-to-finish drywall and full interior/exterior painting for renovations, new additions, and standalone repaint projects.

Overview
What drywall & paint work looks like with us.
Drywall finish level and paint prep are where cheap renovations give themselves away. We tape and finish to Level 5 in key rooms (areas with critical grazing light from large windows or uplighting), Level 4 in standard rooms, and we never, ever skip primer on raw drywall. It adds a day. It saves the finish.
Our painters prep first, paint second — filling nail holes, sanding transitions, caulking every trim joint, and masking every surface that isn't getting paint. You can judge a paint crew by what they protect, not what they paint.

Questions, answered
Drywall & Painting — questions we hear.
Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams as standard, with Farrow & Ball for clients who request it. We match primer and topcoat from the same manufacturer for warranty and consistency.
Yes, but know what you're buying: Level 5 is a skim coat over the entire wall, roughly double the labour of a standard finish. It's worth it on walls that are lit by grazing natural light but overkill in most bedrooms.
Yes — on-site with HVLP guns, or at our shop for larger kitchens. Sprayed cabinets are dramatically smoother than brushed ones and age more gracefully.
