Bathroom Renovations by Redden's Contracting in Kingston, Ontario.

Overview

What bathrooms work looks like with us.

A bathroom is the single wettest, most technical room in your house. Done right, it stays beautiful for twenty years. Done wrong, it leaks into the ceiling below in two. We don't cut corners behind the tile — waterproof membranes on every wet wall, pre-sloped shower pans, and pressure-tested rough-ins.

Whether you're reworking a 1970s four-piece into a spa ensuite or turning a closet into a powder room for guests, we handle the full scope: demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile, vanity, glass, fixtures, and trim.

Questions, answered

Bathroom Renovations — questions we hear.

  • A powder room starts around $12–18k. A full main-bath renovation with tile shower, new vanity, and fixtures typically runs $25–45k. Spa-level ensuites with heated floors, freestanding tubs, and custom glass range $45–80k+. We provide a fixed written quote after an on-site consultation.

  • Yes. Curbless showers are one of our specialties — they require a pre-sloped pan, linear or point drain, and careful subfloor planning, but the result is safer, easier to clean, and visually stunning. Great for aging-in-place renovations.

  • We standardise on Schluter KERDI for shower wet walls and pans, or Laticrete HYDRO BAN depending on the job. Every shower we build is waterproofed as a complete system, not just "water-resistant backer board."
